Why Not Hire Movers?

This society has become self-service oriented. The days of full service gas stations and restroom attendants have dwindled down to a handful. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that the world has changed drastically and in many instances some full service occupations weren’t warranted and lacked character. However, there were some that added value to an industry. In those days you didn’t just get service but you received old fashioned-care. The service professional appeared to care about you as an individual as opposed to just your money and repeat business. Our seniors had a way with words and knew that each customer needed to feel that their business was valued. It wasn’t a quick, hi can I take your order day back then.

Why not hire movers? Some people think it’s easier to rent a moving truck and corral friends and family than to hire a reputable moving company. Easier maybe, sometimes it’s even cheaper. But in the end, is it really saving you money? Let’s tally it up. You need to pay for the moving truck rental, all day food for volunteers, gas for the truck, proper moving supplies to protect your old and new home from damage and any damages made to your furnishings due to negligence or lack of moving experience. Sometimes this falls short of hiring a professional mover. Other times, after pay out of the aforementioned items you incur no savings. What are you really looking for here, savings or sanity?

Hiring movers involves a need and a professional moving company’s ability to meet that need. You should consider the cost, but also the quality, care and level of service you will receive from your moving company of choice. Hiring a mover could benefit you greatly. Nevertheless, I do realize that for some the cost is not within your budget. Why not begin saving for such a move. Hiring movers produces a level of worry-free moving never experienced. I’ve moved multiple times and I refuse to move myself now. The logistics can be overwhelming for an out of state move and even sometimes a local move. A skilled mover will handle the logistics so you can focus on getting in your new home. There are several good reasons to hire movers. Next time you look to rent a moving truck, hopefully you will pause a minute and think. Why not hire movers?

All My Sons has Baseball Fever Again

Take me out to the ball game, take me out with the crowd. You could say I've got the fever. My sons and I have been practicing grounders, catching, and hitting every day. We're trying to get an edge on our opponents. It's seem so natural to want to be the best and I just wish it clicked for them, and we'll just keep trying to they get there. Baseball is just a right of passage. It's fun to play and it's fun to watch at any age. I can't wait for the cracker jacks, hot dogs, nachos. I want the whole baseball experience. I figure if we can establish some really good skills now at this age, they will go pro and then I can retire early. They can take care of me. It might be a lofty dream, but at least I can dream and dream big.

But, back in the real world, people are moving in and out of Tulsa every day. If you want to root, root, root for the home team, let us be your moving company. We are a family owned/operated local moving company. We are fully licensed and insured and can move you across the nation if that is what you desire. We can also store your household items if you need. Please check out our website at www.allmysons.com/tulsa or give us a call at 918-621-1102 if we can help you with your next move.
